Senior Manager IAM

We are looking for a Senior Manager IAM (Delinea [Centrify], PAM, IAM, MFA) and if you have these skills, we would like to speak to you.

• Installation and Configuration:

  
  

  • Proficiency in installing and configuring Delinea Server Suite components on Unix/Linux and Windows servers.

    
    

  • Setting up server roles, zones, and policies within Delinea to enforce centralized access controls and security policies.

    
    

• Integration with Active Directory:

  
  

  • Integrating Unix/Linux and Windows servers seamlessly with Microsoft Active Directory using Delinea's DirectControl technology.

    
    

  • Configuring Kerberos authentication, group policies, and trust relationships between Delinea and Active Directory domains.

    
    

• Identity and Access Management (IAM):

  
  

  • Managing server access and privileges through Delinea's IAM capabilities, integrating with Active Directory or other directory services.

    
    

  • Configuring role-based access controls (RBAC) and privilege elevation to enforce least privilege access principles.

    
    

• Security Policies and Compliance:

  
  

  • Implementing and enforcing security policies within Delinea Server Suite to protect server assets and data.

    
    

  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations through auditing, reporting, and access controls.

    
    

• Scripting and Automation:

  
  

  • Using scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) to automate routine tasks such as user provisioning, policy enforcement, and system monitoring within Delinea.

    
    

  • Developing custom scripts or integrations to extend Delinea Server Suite functionalities and meet specific organizational requirements.

    
    

• Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

  
  

  • Monitoring server performance, availability, and security posture using Delinea's built-in monitoring tools or integrating with external monitoring solutions.

    
    

  • Troubleshooting authentication issues, access problems, and performance bottlenecks within Delinea-managed server environments.

    
    

• Backup and Disaster Recovery:

  
  

  • Implementing backup strategies and disaster recovery plans for Delinea-managed servers to ensure data protection and business continuity.

    
    

  • Testing and validating backup procedures to mitigate risks associated with server failures or data loss.

    
    

• Risk Management and Incident Response:

  
  

  • Assessing risks associated with server access and privilege management and implementing mitigating controls within Delinea Server Suite.

    
    

  • Developing incident response plans and procedures to address security breaches or unauthorized access incidents effectively.

    
    

• Continuous Improvement:

  
  

  • Staying updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices related to Delinea Server Suite through continuous learning, training, and obtaining relevant certifications.

    
    

We are looking for a Professional and if you have these skills, we would like to speak to you:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a full-time professional in IAM Domain.

  
  

• Extensive experience in Cybersecurity.

  
  

• Proven ability in team leadership and management.

  
  

• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash).

  
  

• Strong soft skills with effective communication abilities.

  
  

• Experience operating in a highly regulated and secure environment.

  
  

• Preferred certifications include Delinea, GCP and Azure, with CISSP, CISM, and/or CISA considered advantageous.
