Role Responsibilities:
The Sr. People Relations Partner (Senior Manager) is a seasoned HR professional responsible for managing complex people/employee relations functions across 10+ countries.
This role ensures compliance with global labor laws, leads workplace investigations, develops policies and handbooks, and oversees workforce actions, accommodations, and separations. By balancing organizational objectives with employee needs, the role directly impacts workplace culture, legal compliance, and risk mitigation. With a focus on strategic planning, global collaboration, and scalable solutions, the position drives fairness, consistency, and alignment with business goals.
