Role: Senior Manager, Global Logistics & Distributor Services Analytics


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage a global team of procurement analytics professionals, providing mentorship, career development, and performance feedback.


  • Develop and execute a global analytics strategy to support the Supply categories, in partnership with category managers and senior stakeholders.


  • Oversee spend analysis, supplier evaluation, and opportunity assessments to drive savings and enhance procurement efficiency.


  • Use market intelligence and external data to inform sourcing strategies, identify cost reduction opportunities, and improve category performance.


  • Work with the leadership team to define procurement analytics priorities, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.


  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Procurement, Finance, and other key departments to enhance decision-making and procurement practices.


  • Oversee the development and use of advanced analytics tools and dashboards to provide insights and performance tracking.


  • Ensure best-in-class procurement practices are upheld, leveraging quantitative data to support fact-based decision-making and continuous improvement.


  • Lead procurement data visualization efforts, enabling stakeholders to understand complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.


What Are We Looking For?


  • University degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or Computer Science.


  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Business Analytics, Data Science, etc.) is highly desired.


  • 10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or procurement analytics, with a focus on both strategic and operational aspects.


  • 5+ years of leadership experience, including managing and developing teams across multiple regions and projects.


  • Proven track record of using analytics to drive procurement strategy and deliver measurable business value.


  • Strong understanding of category management, should-cost models, RFx, and other procurement processes.


  • Ability to synthesize and analyze large amounts of data, identify trends, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.


  • Experience in a global, matrixed organization, with strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.


  • Expertise in data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and strong financial acumen.


  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
