Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP professional to oversee and manage enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, including Microsoft Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2016, and SFacts. This role is critical for ensuring seamless ERP operations, business continuity, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • ERP System Management:


    • Oversee ERP functionality, ensuring smooth operations and business continuity.
    • Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with industry standards.
    • Manage ERP upgrades, patches, and system improvements with minimal disruption.

  • User Training & Support:


    • Provide training and support to internal teams for effective ERP usage.
    • Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with vendors for advanced support.

  • System Integration & Documentation:


    • Propose and manage integrations of other software applications with ERP.
    • Maintain up-to-date system documentation and user training materials.
    • Ensure timely data backups and disaster recovery planning.

  • Risk Management & Compliance:


    • Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring best practices in ERP management.
    • Maintain compliance with regulatory and industry requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Microsoft Business Central and Navision ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of financial operations and grant management for non-profits.
  • Experience with RPA-driven automation is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud environments and security best practices.
  • Ability to manage incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in ERP management; familiarity with SFacts is a plus.
