As a global organisation spanning 65 countries and one rooted in a culture of growth, opportunity, diversity and innovation, LSEG is a place where everyone can grow, develop and fulfil your potential with meaningful careers.ROLE PROFILE:An opportunity to join a progressive Global Employee Relations COE, focussing on improving experiences through progressive ER practices.Position SummaryReporting to the Director Employee Relations, this role will be a key member of our Global Employee Relations (ER) COE.Working within our supportive and inclusive People Function, you will build ER knowledge across LSEG while providing complex technical ER advice & guidance to our people leaders: ensuring an equitable and consistent colleague experience, aligned with our values and to support a sustainable high-performance environment.In partnership with Country and Business People Partners, People Operations and other People COEs, you will use internal and external insights to identify and implement process improvements, driving simplification through inclusive, sustainable and impactful change.Role ResponsibilitiesProviding consistent specialist advice and guidance in line with LSEG People Policy and Processes across the full breadth of ER.Establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, People Leaders and other stakeholders, promoting a culture of dialogue and ensure colleague experience is effectively considered in relevant decision-making processes.Delivering end to end process improvement, partnering with relevant partners and using technology, in support of the transformation of our People Function.Leading sophisticated employee relations casework, such as Disciplinary, Grievance or Whistleblowing complaints.Supporting with Reduction in Force activity as needed.Identifying risks, ensuring timelines and cost impacts are managed.Experience And Skills RequiredSignificant previous ER experience, with knowledge of developing ER practice within global organisations preferred, together with a commercially focused, pragmatic approach to resolving business issues.Knowledge of and experience in Sri-Lankan Labour Laws, employment standards and Employee Relations practices.The ability to advise, coach and upskill our People Leaders as you take them through ER issues.Ability to work on high-pressure topics and handle potential disagreements while maintaining a focus on effective resolution and achievement of business priorities.A collaborative approach to delivering shared success, both when working within our own team and with our wider partners.A growth mindset that sees challenges as opportunities, and a passion to find a resolution through partnership and influence.Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
