Distributor Management + Annual KPI Governance meeting
- Ensure that all Distributors are appointed as per defined process.
- Distributor Master Data to be maintained in audit ready state along with all supporting, approvals and documents.
- Annual KPI Governance meeting to be conducted on time.
- All Distributor Contracts to be kept in central repository.
- Distributor queries / complaints to be addressed as per defined timelines.
FSCM - Vendor Management
- All vendors to be onboarded only after internal due diligences (Aravo) is complete.
- All vendor Contracts to be renewed on time.
- Vendor Master Data to be maintained and updated on real time basis.
- To ensure that vendor bills are strictly in line with contractual obligation.
- To coordinate internally to ensure that all vendor payments are executed and released on time.
- Supplier Relationship Meeting to be conducted along with Procurement.
SCM - Audit Lead (SAT & CAS)
- Conducting, planning, scheduling, coordinating, and reviewing audits and reporting results, and providing guidance and assistance to team to complete audits on time.
SCM - Record Management Lead
- To work with SCM team to ensure that all types of Business Records are stored where they remain readable, retrievable, and accessible throughout their required retention period. Also ensures that records are reviewed on regular basis for it's accuracy and access is granted only to the right individual.
MIS
- Dashboards to be created and shared with Management on Monthly basis.
Projects / Others
- To manage SCM projects and initiatives to improve supply chain processes. Works with project teams to identify ways to streamline purchasing, distribution, warehousing, logistics or transportation.
- To manage SCM regular operations as and when required.
