Your Impact:
- Lead, inspire and grow a team of 6-8 Business Intelligence reporting and analytics analysts responsible for global Capacity function reporting.
- Work within and help to develop our fully modernized Microsoft Azure and PowerTools based analytics environment.
- Play a key advisory role to Business leaders by managing analytics scope and delivery timelines
- Synthesize data into business intelligence, communicating results clearly and recommending courses of action based on data insights.
- Apply advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making
- Leverage engineering competence in advanced analytics techniques (e.g., linear regression, logistic regression, natural language processing).
- Lead continuous improvement efforts in Analytics and Business Intelligence.
- Control delivery quality with expertise and education in data modelling, data exploration, machine learning, statistical modelling, simulation modeling, data analysis, and deep learning is key.
Qualifications
Your Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business analytics, metrics, business intelligence (BI), multivariate statistics and/or predictive modeling.
- Experience in the business domains of HR or Finance helpful but not required
- Strong communication, facilitation and project management skills
- Expertise in statistical and BI software packages specifically, R, Python and PowerBI / PowerTools
- Enjoy solving data business problems with an analytical approach by framing information clearly
- Enjoy business and technology, a good business acumen, flexibility and systems thinking skill
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
