Job Description

Overview Main Purpose – Support the consumer and portfolio thinking on the joint business planning process with Marketing teams & Sales teams Be a part of the JBP discussions with OT customer, along with CDMs Ensure a line-up of the right products for the organization to deliver the same (marketing, finance) Evaluate the P&L for each product in the portfolio to deliver to business priorities. Develop and execute effective marketing plans and support them through well planned activations across all OT channels Ensuring all the new launches with customers in the most effective way, ensuring promo planning, & budget planning for OT. Responsibilities Detailed Accountabilities- Business Development Play a key role in developing and delivering of AOP (Annual Operating Plan), including planning & implementation of marketing initiatives for OT customers. Set clear performance expectations to achieve volume growth in OT. This will include aligning Senior Management on investment in new equipment, pricing, promotions & Key Customer marketing initiatives across OT to achieve company’s sales & profit objectives. Ensuring we hold the market share for key OT customers Developing local opportunities in sync with Business Unit priorities Leverage Strategic Innovations (Product/Packaging) to build a powerful marketing mix that will create a stronger blueprint for growth in OT Channel Management Develop and Drive Channel Initiatives in the Organized Trade Develop & Drive new sales & marketing initiatives in emerging channels in OT Develop market presence standards (merchandising and signage) in coordination with sales team and our agency partners. Financial Planning and Control - Work with the category, finance teams to build a portfolio that delivers on the financial metric requirements to deliver profitability for PepsiCo - FMA - Manage “Field marketing” budget for the channel and ensure compliance with all regulatory systems of the company - Pormo planning across various brand packs across various channels in OT. Innovation & NPDs Own the innovations portfolio and ensure delivery of planned volume Plan the NPD Launch as per the BU Plan across PepsiCo and ensure a successful activation Anchor and customize the launch Plan for New Brand/Pack/SKU/Promo Pack as per the organization business needs. Execution Work on implementing world class execution across Modern Trade channel Leverage AI to work towards EDGE cost reduction Qualifications Experience and Qualification Sales and Marketing experience including foods industry experience with a minimum experience of 8 years Past Area Sales manager experience for atleast 2 years needed. MBA from Premier institute would be preferred Strong presentation, analytical, inters personal, leadership and negotiation skills Attitudinal/ Behavioral Strategic thnking Collboration and influencing Strong analytical and conceptual skills Innovation Influencing skills and Tenacity Savvy Communication and Presentation skills Negotiation skills Process orientation
