Job Description

Account Management- Responsible for co-creating and delivering a comprehensive communication strategy and plan aligned with the overall Bosch Global and Regional business strategy with focus on Mobility.


Internal and External Partnerships- Collaborate with SPOCs from various Bosch entities and locations for developing high-impact brand campaigns and collaterals. Create the brand presence in key high-visibility events like trade shows. Identify and build a pipeline of prospective events and engagements.


Corporate Events- Supervise the planning, execution and promotion of corporate events on and off-campus to enhance brand reach.


Brand Management- Develop brand campaigns and collaterals as per Bosch central guidelines to maximize brand visibility across locations of Bosch Group in India with a common look & feel


Campaign Management- Plan and conduct brand campaigns to highlight Bosch's tech leadership.


Key Result Indicators


1. Account manage Mobility business SPOCs for their communication requirements, planning and delivery


2. Developing and nurturing partnerships with all stakeholders including Corporate Communications team, business unit SPOCs, vendors and third party organizations.


3. Seamless management of corporate events that create value for internal and external audience 


4. Positive brand perception leading to business opportunities across Business units


5. Meeting campaign objectives by effectively scaling the brand messages across Bosch networks and wider social platforms



Qualifications

1. Bachelors in Mass Media, Journalism or Communications


2. Masters Degree or MBA in Marketing and Communications would be advantageous


3. 12+ years of experience in Branding & Marketing Communications


4. Experience in developing account-based marketing programs including events, branding, online and offline campaigns


5. Experience in building relationships and driving alignment with cross-functional teams


6. Experience of working in a cross cultural, matrix organization


7. Internal Candidates applying to the position must be in TP1



Additional Information

Knowledge


1. Proficient in engaging with external stakeholders to build strong and mutually beneficial relationships


2. Proficient in planning and execution of multi-location events, brand marketing and communication campaigns


3. Competent understanding of the technology industry with exposure to mobility sector would be advantageous

1. Proficient in navigating complex relationships by working at various levels across the organization


2. Competent in working in a fast-paced team at all levels that works to tight deadlines and processes


3. Proficient in end-to-end planning and on-site execution of large events such as trade shows with an eye for detail and adherence to brand guidelines


4. Proficient in implementing, optimizing, and managing brand campaigns on established and emerging themes and topics


5. Proficient in efficient vendor management to ensure on-time deliverables


6. Competent in negotiation and managing budgets to ensure cost effectiveness
