Amgen is at a “hinge moment”, one in which the convergence of biotechnology and science will transform our ability to discover and deliver innovative medicine. Advances in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), extraordinary progress in biology and molecular engineering, and the availability of enormous amounts of human data create an unprecedented opportunity to accelerate the delivery of life-changing medicines to patients. A critical component of this strategy is to build the Amgen Technology and Innovation Center in India. Also known as Amgen India (AIN), the site will accelerate digital capabilities across the global organization to further advance Amgen's pipeline of medicines.

Amgen is committed to establishing the Technology and Innovation center and opening its doors by the end of 2024. Given that Amgen’s presence to date in India has been limited, establishing trust, equity, and attraction as a great place to work is fundamental for the successful establishment of this center.
