Job Description

We’re looking for agile, high-performing talent with a background and experience in leading large scale transformation programs to join our Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) team based in our vibrant Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru. This team works with people across GSK’s functions & businesses worldwide leading and delivering enterprise transformation initiatives.


We are looking for experienced change management practitioners with proven strategic and delivery experience to help build and grow a world class change management function. You will bring your change expertise, creativity and excellent communication capabilities to solve complex business challenges and possess strong influencing and people skills to engage and inspire diverse global teams to enable effective adoption and embedding of change to deliver real business value.

Analyse the change, develop and execute the required change & communications strategy and activities to successfully deliver and deploy the specific projects within the required businesses and markets. Ensuring business leaders are regularly engaged and the change network and impacted employees are ready, willing, and able to adopt and use the relevant new system, process and/or organisational structures.


Role Expectation:


  • Responsible for assessment of requirements, detailed planning and delivery of the change and communications activities, reporting progress against plan and managing risks and issues in close collaboration with assigned Program lead and wider project team.
  • Creating and executing a business change impact assessment and change action plan to ensure change is successfully mitigated
  • Managing a complex stakeholder landscape, where stakeholders are engaged effectively to ensure understanding, buy in and a smooth path for project delivery; engagement requirements may also include third party vendors and business services hubs.
  • Ensuring that the ETO defined change & communications approach and tools are applied appropriately across the programs and/or are modified as appropriate in agreement with the Capability Owner.
  • Identifying, mobilising, and managing the change network for the project
  • Designing and executing business readiness framework and activities to measure whether impacted employees are ready for the change, creating and delivering adoption plans as necessary.
  • Effective management of all communications activities including, audience and stakeholder identification, development of a communications engagement strategy, key messages, materials, and channels while ensuring content is created in line with GSK’s tone of voice, tools and brand guidelines. 
  • Ensuring appropriate engagement with program partners across the business, e.g. Sponsors, GPOs, TPOs, Finance partners, Comms, etc
  • Focus on continuous improvement of methodology and feedback of lessons learned across the programs
  • Engage with the ETO Capability Owner to drive best practices and learnings, and to ensure compliance to methodologies, templates, frameworks and tools.

We would like to speak to you if you have these experience and skills


  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience of change management and communications delivery; some training experience is advantageous
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering transformational change on multiple large-scale programmes (e.g. global digital transformation projects, SAP ERP deployments, Cultural Change, Operating Model Change, M&A, and similar programs)
  • Strong ability to seamlessly work in a matrix organisational structure
  • Strong ability work with senior leaders on creating sponsorship and buy-in for Change Management
  • Deep subject matter expert in communication strategy, planning and delivery
  • Experience of human centric design, workshop facilitation and agile change methodologies preferred
  • Ability to inspire cross-functional, virtual, global, and diverse teams 
  • Relationship and stakeholder management, ( e.g. persuading and influencing skills)
  • Proven problem-solving and negotiation capabilities along with a process-focused perspective
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a complex /global environment and to solve complex business and process problems.
  • Proven ability to design and deploy change management principles (such as ADKAR or equivalent) and conduct user persona mapping for as-is to to-be state change journey design.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification or APMG (preferred)
  • Project management certification (PMI/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2) (Preferred)
  • Flexible to work to cater time zones based on the business needs
