Job DescriptionKey Job Responsibilities:
- Leading multiple chapters of backend architects, backend chapter and be a program manager of key back end programs in the Connected Services vertical
- Understanding customer (internal and external) needs, defining clear project plans, and executing to high expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Defining strategic roadmap and delivering to vision of best-in-class connected vehicles capabilities.
- Driving robust processes of requirement gatherings, prioritization and solution development that supports a larger Automotive Global team.
- Anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, anticipating and making trade-offs, and balancing business needs versus technical or operational constraints.
- Identify skill gaps and develop strategies to upskill team members through training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the chapters.
- Provide technical guidance and support to resolve complex issues and remove obstacles for your teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively address potential challenges.
- Manage the Capacity of Chapter(s) in compliance with the budget requirements, through optimizing added value.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Motivated self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated ability to work with Chapter Leads/partners/customers across different geographies.
- Experience in Connected Vehicle ecosystem and IoT.
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition in large scale operations environment.
- Experience in Cloud, Springboot and Java technologies (Global Certifications in Cloud preferred)
