About the Role:
As a Market Research Manager, you will independently perform advanced market research tasks and provide high-quality insights that drive our strategic initiatives. Your expertise will guide decisions on product development, market entry, and competitive positioning. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful research projects and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Execute and oversee complex market research projects independently.
• Provide deep-dive analyses of market conditions and trends.
• Develop strategic recommendations based on comprehensive research findings.
• Lead the design and execution of extensive consumer and competitive surveys.
• Integrate market research findings into strategic business plans.
• Collaborate with product development teams to align market insights with product design.
• Present detailed and strategic reports to senior management.
• Monitor market trends and predict future market movements.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in all research documentation and reports.
• Mentor junior team members and support their development.
Skills:
• Expert Data Analysis: Mastery in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS, R).
• Strategic Insight: Strong ability to provide strategic insights from research data.
• Comprehensive Reporting: Expertise in creating comprehensive and detailed reports.
• Presentation: Excellent presentation skills for conveying insights.
• Research Leadership: Experience in leading and managing research projects.
• Market Prediction: Ability to forecast market trends and behaviors effectively.
• Cross-Functional Insight: Skill in integrating research data with business functions.
• Mentoring: Capability to mentor and support junior researchers.
• Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in primary job family or field of specialization, serving as an advisor to management
• Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
• Leads others in solving complex problems using sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions
• Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations; may lead projects across departments or areas with a variety of resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
• Impacts the achievement of project objectives; work is guided by department or area policies
• Communicates difficult concepts and influences others to adopt a different point of view
• Acts as advisor on advanced and broad ranging projects
