The opportunity

Teva's Corporate Risk Management is looking for a talented Business Continuity Manager, who is experienced in BC Management and in improving complex cross-functional processes, to assist in writing effective BC plans, trainings, and exercises. The purpose of Corporate Risk Management is to be a professional and trusted partner that generates value for Teva and promote risk management culture. We are looking for a candidate who is familiar with Corporate Risk Management and Business Continuity with at least four years of progressive experience in those roles and processes and is ready to lead Corporate BCM aspects at Teva. The role is primarily to get involved in global projects in the areas of business continuity & to support crisis management, risk management program, wherever needed. Along with that, the support should be extended to India BCP program as well.




How you’ll spend your day
  • Lead business continuity (BC) planning for a variety of Business Units at Teva.
  • Assist Teva’s Business Units to create effective BC plans, tools, trainings, and exercises.
  • Prepare BCM guidelines, templates, and tools.
  • Support global alignment on BCM processes and RTOs.
  • Support trainings and drills.
  • Develop internal competence for BCM audits.
  • Implement effective BCM process automation.
  • Continuously improve the quality of the BCM program processes, tools, and templates.
  • Represent Corporate Business Continuity Management by leading BCM communities.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with relevant teams while acting as a professional and trusted partner.
  • Lead BCM management training programs for the BCM communities, general management community as well as EM and BoD to develop capabilities, tools, and know-how.
  • Connect and collaborate with sector peers, BCM organizations, and data agencies to exchange knowledge and bring in external insights and experience.
  • Develop BCM assets (models, case studies, success stories, points of view, tools, analysis, quantification methods, etc.) to support the BCM program.
  • Other projects and duties as required/assigned.
     


Your experience and qualifications
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in relevant roles and processes
  • Experience in managing and improving complex cross-functional processes.
  • Certifications for business continuity and/or risk management - advantage.
  • Financial or business partnering experience – advantage.
  • Multinational or consulting experiences – advantage.
  • Experience in leading and improving cross-functional streams – advantage.
  • Experience in Audit – advantage.

Associate Director Risk Management and Matrix reports to Head of Corporate Risk Management
