<p>Insurance Broking & Risk Management</p><p></p><p>Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai office:</p><p><br />Module Lead MEAN</p><p></p><p><b>What can you expect?</b></p><ul><li><p>Manage software implementation projects using MEAN Stack and in multiple geographies from stakeholder need analysis, requirement gathering and analysis, planning, Developing Build & Test strategy & coordination, documentation & reporting</p></li><li><p>Ensure aligned implementation of agreed design and architecture in solution.</p></li><li><p>Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and obtain broader buy-in across global stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Must work closely with business on functional and technical requirements. Help technical team to implement agreed requirements and resolve any technical blockers/issues they may have. </p></li><li><p>Organize and conduct project cadence and forums like Working group meetings, Daily Stand-Up.</p></li><li><p>Track project progress across the SDLC and report the project progress to the relevant stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Work with test and compliance teams to facilitate performance and security testing of applications. Co-ordinate and mitigate any technical issues during project execution till go-live.</p></li><li><p>Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed cost, quality and timeline agreements</p></li><li><p>Co-ordinate with Product and services vendors for tools, software used, in the project.</p></li><li><p>Project team which candidate will join is part of a larger team.
