As the Senior Manager, AI Initiatives, you will be at the forefront of driving AI/ML initiatives across our GTM organization. This role is critical to shaping the future of our AI strategy, with a focus on shortening the lead-to-cash cycle, optimizing costs, and enhancing customer and employee experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases, govern AI investments, and ensure ethical AI practices are followed. Reporting to the Manager, VP, GTM Applications, you'll be responsible for:

• Identification and Prioritization: Identify high-impact AI/ML use cases across the organization and prioritize them based on strategic importance and feasibility.
• Build vs Buy Decisions: Lead decisions on whether to leverage third-party AI solutions or build them in-house, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Application Rationalization: Govern new AI investments, driving consolidation and simplification of our AI tech stack to optimize performance and cost.
• Ethical Governance: Uphold the ethical framework for AI usage, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability in all AI initiatives.
• Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of AI solutions and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and cross-functional teamwork to maximize AI's potential.
• Success Criteria & Value Realization: Continuously measure the value delivered by AI initiatives, evolving solutions to address any gaps and improve outcomes.

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML initiatives, with a strong background in driving business engagement and leading cross-functional teams.
• Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML trends and marketplace developments, with the ability to align AI use cases with business objectives.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to prioritize and execute on high-impact AI/ML use cases, balancing strategic importance and feasibility.
• Decision-Making: Experience in making build vs buy decisions and managing complex AI/ML tech stacks.
• Ethical Leadership: Commitment to upholding ethical AI practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the business case for AI/ML initiatives to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.

• Experience in a GTM (Pre and Post Sales) environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of AI/ML platforms, tools, and technologies.
• Proven track record of delivering business value through AI/ML initiatives.
