What you will do

In this vital role you will lead Scrum Masters and RTEs, strategically aligning agile practices with business objectives, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement, and maintaining strong financial oversight. A key focus will be encouraging important partnerships with the Scaled Agile community, actively facilitating knowledge sharing, and elevating our organization's agile capabilities on a global scale. In addition to leading and mentoring, this role will actively implement as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), ensuring consistent program execution across Agile Release Trains (ARTs), removing obstacles, and facilitating smooth operations.


Roles & responsibilities
  • Provide direct management and mentorship to Scrum Masters and RTEs, ensuring alignment with agile principles and standard methodologies.
  • Lead the transformation of teams into hard-working agile organizations by driving process improvements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Scaled Agile Team in India to ensure that all teams are following the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other relevant frameworks
  • Act as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) for one or more Agile Release Trains (ARTs), focusing on enabling successful and predictable delivery while handling dependencies and risks.
  • Collaborate closely with the EEA ACE Team to ensure consistent application of agile processes across Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
  • Conduct regular program reviews with stakeholders, including the EEA ACE Team, to provide status updates and ensure delivery accountability
  • Engage with both regional and global agile communities to facilitate knowledge sharing and participation in events and initiatives.
What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:


  • Master’s degree and 8 to 10 years of years’ experience OR
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 to 14 years of experience OR
  • Diploma and 14 to 18 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in leading agile transformations or being responsible for PMO functions, ideally within a scaled agile framework (e.g., SAFe).
  • Experience handling and mentoring Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers.
  • Strong financial competence, with experience working alongside financial analysts or managing program budgets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies, program management, and strategic business alignment.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams.
Good-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience working in a global, cross-cultural environment, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with Generative AI and its application in enterprise products.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and data tools (SQL, Python) is a plus.
  • Experience using data to drive decisions and evolve product strategy based on customer feedback and industry trends.
Certifications
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent agile certifications.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is desirable but not mandatory.
