Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Group Leader to lead and inspire three development teams, including software developers and QA engineers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering a strong and cohesive team culture, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for innovation, a solid technical background, and excellent communication skills to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage high-performing technical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation,    and excellence.
• Design & Architecture: Lead system design and architecture activities, ensuring scalable, secure, and robust solutions aligned      with business requirements.
• Agile Processes: Champion and implement Scrum Agile practices across teams, driving continuous improvement and efficient      workflows, Work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Performance Management: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurements to evaluate team    productivity and product quality.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact with third-party vendors, partners, and customers, managing technical    discussions and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Innovation & Road mapping: Drive the development and execution of technology roadmaps, bringing innovative ideas to              enhance product capabilities and align with market trends.
• Hands-on Contribution: Be involved in technical discussions, code reviews, and low-level designs to ensure adherence to best    practices.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges and bottlenecks, providing effective solutions to ensure project success.


Requirements:


• Education: B.Sc. / B.A. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
o 10+ years of experience in software development.
o 5+ years in managing software development teams, with at least 2 years leading multiple teams.
o Strong background in software architecture and design.
o Experience in building and managing cloud/SaaS-based systems (AWS knowledge preferred).


Technical Skills:


o Expertise in .NET, .NET Core, and C#.
o Expertise in JavaScript, React.js, HTML, CSS
o Expertise in MS-SQL, WCF, RestAPI, and Entity Framework.
o Proficient in cloud technologies, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
o Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
