Role: Transaction Management, Director
The role shall entail full responsibility of delivering seamless transactions, with the right quality, timeliness and risk-mitigation. Such transaction delivery platform shall include following set of responsibilities:
Managing stakeholders’ relationships, both in the accounts as well as JLL ecosystem. Executing and improving the transaction processes and compliance framework of the client accounts. Coordination and review of appropriate lease/contract and related documents. Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of requisite data, of transactions and portfolio. Managing developer/landlord relationships for cost optimal and compliant portfolio. Leading and leveraging JLL India’s multi-X platforms to deliver client’s requirements.
Along with managing the transaction platform, the role will have responsibility for providing advisory driven support to the client accounts as well. This will include, though not limited to, the following:
Provide portfolio optimization strategies to the regional and country-based teams. Update client on Real Estate (RE) market (e.g. supply-demand) changes impacting its portfolio. Highlight RE benchmarking data/analysis that could impact the risk profile of the client. Analyze and implement use of technology and automation for portfolio performance. Proactively engage with various client teams for risk mitigation & resolution of operational & strategic issues.
Apart from the above two platforms’ delivery, the position will also deliver on TM team related goals aimed at improving the positioning of the TM role within and outside of JLL. The role has to also drive consistency of client accounts with other service lines in India, and adopt ‘best practices’ to be able to provide regular proactive client satisfaction.
