Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to oversee and manage key operations within the hotel industry. The Senior Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and fostering a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, effective management skills, and extensive experience in the hotel industry.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the hotel, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and increase revenue.
  • Manage departmental heads and staff, providing guidance, support, and direction.
  • Monitor and ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, industry regulations, and health & safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Analyze financial reports and budgets, ensuring cost-effective management of resources.
  • Handle escalated guest concerns and ensure quick resolution to maintain brand reputation.
  • Lead, mentor, and train staff to promote a positive work environment and foster career development.
  • Manage and optimize resources to meet operational objectives.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 5+ years in hotel management or senior leadership roles within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
Required Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing staff and guest interactions.
