About the role:
Expert technical role. Expert knowledge of the field. Develops large and/or highly complex solutions that require analysis and research. Works on multiple projects as a project leader or technical leader/consultant. Works on complex tasks, projects or issues that involve a high degree of risk, impacts business unit performance and makes use of the individuals’ high level of knowledge within one or more areas of specialty. Coaches and mentors junior technical staff. Works without supervision on the most complex projects. Complete latitude for independent judgment.

What you will be doing:
- Develops, maintains and upgrades manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.
- Performs usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability and security.
- Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.
- Controls and manages own daily test activities.
- Provides internal quality assurance.
- Supports testing to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies.
- Organizes and maintains the test script library.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- 7+ yrs experience in building and contributing to Automation and Performance testing framework
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Selenium
- Good knowledge of database, especially with MS SQL
- Experience with tools like Lighthouse, WebPageTest, or BrowserStack, sitespeed.ioStrong understanding of Design patters in Agular / JavaScript
- Proficiency with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
- Ability to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded.
- Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and teambuilding skills working with technical and non-technical individuals.
Added bonus if you have:
- Experience of Agile Scrum / SAFe will be an added advantage
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
- Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.
- Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team
