We are looking for a Senior Lead Engineer - Varicent Developer & Candidate should have 8+ years of experience in:
Strong Incentive Compensation domain knowledge.
Experience in mentoring and leading technical team.
Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to gain a working understanding of business requirements and operational processes.
Develop/Enhance compensation solutions using Varicent for various incentive plans.
Strong hands-on Experience in Varicent Version 10.
Create and implement elegantly coded and effectively tuned solutions that enable high performance and ease of maintenance.
Optimize queries and reports utilized within the platform.
Create and troubleshoot Presenter and Presenter Adaptive reports.
Good hands-on experience on Workflow and Webforms.
Support the investigation and troubleshooting of complex business issues.
Core Competencies:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge in RDBMS concepts and hands-on on SQL queries
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and business teams
Knowledge of mathematical calculations to summarize and aggregate large volumes of data.
Preferences:
Good to have knowledge on Javascript & Python
