Job Description

Equipment Services team is to support our customers by delivering the right equipment, maintenance of the said equipment on a timely basis and provide the required products for operations to run smoothly.


The primary responsibility of this role is to provide right solutions and help with any operational challenges they might encounter on a day-to-day basis and make sure the delivery of materials and cater sourcing support for the Solenis GSS team.


This individual will be responsible for supporting North America, EU & APAC region.


Key Accountabilities/Essential Functions of the Job


Manage Procure to Pay/ Perform all activities involved in procure-to-pay (P2P) process


Experience in RFP & RFQ/ Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP)


Order Management


Communication with internal & external stakeholders / Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.


Manage import-export activities


Vendor Management - Communicate with suppliers to address and improve performance concerns.


SAP MM creation


Outline Agreement


Continuous Improvement


Reporting and analytical skills
