Purpose of the Role:
The ICS Operational Excellence Reporting CoE has responsibility for the design, implementation, and assessment of the operational risk framework within International Card Services (ICS) consistent with AXP’s risk mission and in full compliance with risk management policies, risk limits, and applicable regulations. This position will be responsible for producing and publishing business conduct metrics reports to senior leadership team and compliance teams within the required SLA. This individual will work closely with Business Self Testing teams as well as the teams across ICS to ensure accuracy and timeliness of MIS and reports for Senior leaders.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver periodic and ad hoc reporting against key business testing and monitoring to support management’s awareness and response to control improvements
• Perform comprehensive analysis both qualitative and quantitative and development of dashboard reporting for senior leadership, compliance teams and bank
• The individual needs to be able to generate insights and conclusions from data. They should be self-motivated and able to thrive in an environment with ad-hoc requests and shifts in direction. They should also have the ability to work collaboratively with the business units in analyzing data to enable the business to mitigate the operational risks identified.
• Report Monthly Dashboard, Scorecard, and ensure data integrity in all reporting.

Timely delivery of reporting with complete accuracy, quality, and integrity.
Strong time management skills and a proven ability to consistently deliver on preset timelines
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate/Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of Tableau, Advanced Excel functions, PowerPoint and VBA
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with multiple leadership levels
