You will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and maintaining secure identity and access management (IAM) solutions using Okta. Your expertise will play a meaningful role in protecting our organization’s digital assets and ensuring compliance with security standards. . Let's craft the future together!


What will you be doing?


  • Design and Implementation: Lead the design and deployment of Okta solutions, ensuring detailed integration with existing applications and infrastructure.
  • User Lifecycle Management: Oversee user provisioning and deprovisioning processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Implement SSO solutions across various applications using protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Configure MFA to enhance security measures.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for Okta integrations, addressing issues related to user access, authentication failures, and system performance.
  • Security Best Practices: Advocate for security standard methodologies within the IAM framework, ensuring alignment to compliance standards and conducting regular audits of access controls.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends in IAM technologies and Okta features. Propose improvement to existing systems to improve efficiency, security, and compliance.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive documentation for IAM processes and configurations. Provide training to end-users and technical staff on standard processes for using Okta efficiently.

What will you need to be successful?


  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology / Computer Science/ Computer Engineering.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current CIAM, CIMP, CIST, CIPA, CIGE or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+years of Experience in OKTA solutions. Along with installation, integration, and deployment of one of the following IAM products: Okta, SailPoint, Entra ID.
  • 3+ years of experience in supporting and understanding of IAM protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect. Identity Governance and Administration, User Provisioning, Access Certification, Identity Analytics, Role-Based Access Control.
  • Experience in Privileged Access Management, experience leading projects through the full development lifecycle. Expertise in project management and the ability to communicate security technology issues verbally on both a formal and informal basis.
  • Experience with vulnerability management and risk assessment. Knowledge of cyber security standard frameworks such as ISO and NIST. Experience with different cloud computing platforms and cloud security framework.
  • Strong communication & organizational skills, ability to multi-task, strong attention to details, excellent problem solving, and follow-up skills required.
