Introduction to role:
Join us as a Sr IT Project Manager, where you will be responsible for steering projects and/or programs to success in a fast-paced and complex environment. As a leader, coordinator, and facilitator, you will be accountable for end-to-end delivery of projects and/or programs within allocated budget and timeline, ensuring the use of adequate project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Accountabilities:
As a Sr IT Project Manager, you will manage all aspects of the project including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks. You will ensure all activities are aligned with the business goals and organizational values. You will provide regular updates to senior leadership and involved stakeholders, manage third-party vendor statements of work, and ensure effective communication across project teams. You will also oversee compliance of good practices and applicable regulations.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (technical or business)
- At least one formal certification/training on project management methodologies
- Experience managing all the project typical areas (scope, budget, risk, resources and quality)
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Extensive experience working in global organizations
- Broad experience managing small to medium end-to-end projects
- Proven experience managing demanding deadlines and stakeholders
- Experience leading IT projects (platform integrations, infrastructure, IT/OT, etc.)
- Prior experience working in manufacturing, supply chain and quality domains
- Good communication skills
- Conflict management and negotiation skills
- Experience setting up governance and/or processes from scratch
- Experience supporting technical teams in their way to shaping immature demands into structured or introducing new technologies or scaling existent solutions
- Experience managing third-party vendors, ensuring deliverables meet requirements and expectations

- Master’s degree
- Experience managing large projects
- Experience working in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry
- Familiarity with GxP environments
- Experience with Data Historians, MES, OT systems
