DT SAP Applications Analyst

The SAP Applications Analyst is responsible for requirements definition, application analysis and functional design of new solutions as well as on performing operational system support within the Sales and Distribution side of SAP. You will be a member of the global Digital Technology Team supporting the distribution side of the business. We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving sustainable operational excellence in the delivery of new application enhancements and maintaining existing services. 
As the IT SAP Applications Analyst, you will:

• Provide technical direction in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, maintenance for bug fixes and enhancements related to the SD modules within SAP with a focus on our support SAP Document Compliance, New Acquisitions and Air Products journey to S4.

• Design and build new value-added solutions:
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Creating functional specification/user stories
  • Requirements Management & Communications
  • Solution Assessment & Validation
  • Creating testing strategies
• Work with the Change and Release Management team to ensure representation and coordination of projects throughout the change and release process.

• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure successful completion of project deliverables/milestones.

• Actively participate in design discussions and program functional reviews.
• Maintain existing services, resolve incidents and problem management, and meet SLAs, and provide rotational on-call coverage.

As the IT SAP Applications Analyst, you already have:

• Minimum of 4 year’s configuration/integration experience in the SAP SD ECC Modules.
• Experience with SAP S4 implementation, configuration and deployments.
• Knowledge of supply chains within SAP: replenishment, retail sales, customer deliveries, logistics optimization and order fulfillment strategies.
• Knowledge of SAP\AII and or Corporate Serialization a plus
• Working knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems.
• Experience with global implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
