Job Description Summary
As a Country Associate, will be responsible for creating forecasting models and delivering impact files (for new product launches, patent expiries, among others) which will be utilized for building country level pharmaceutical forecasts for 49 Market Prognosis reports. The associate will also manage the production of other forecasting products in Market Prognosis, including Regional Overviews and Market Prognosis Global. The associate should also have strong project management skills, should be able to train and supervise their subordinates and handle end-to-end production of projects.
Key skills:
- Strong forecasting skills and modelling, any experience with ForecastPro
- Data analytics and handling large data sets
- Intermediate / advanced Excel, VBA or Power BI
- Secondary research
- Good communication skills
- Basic life sciences and healthcare market knowledge
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-6 years of experience
- Experience in forecasting and excel modelling
- Basic understanding of the commercial pharmaceutical and healthcare market
Technical Skills
- Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong data analytics skills
- Experience in VBA, PowerBI etc. is good to have
- Experience & knowledge of various healthcare databases (public/ proprietary)
- Knowledge of the IQVIA MIDAS dataset is an advantage

- Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills
- Flexibility (should be ready to take additional responsibility if required)
