  • Troubleshooting and Incident Response: Serve as a technical lead for incident management related to OUD, Okta, and CIAM integrations, providing timely resolutions to reduce downtime and maintain service continuity. Monitor system performance, log incidents, and execute preventive maintenance to mitigate future risks.

  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive documentation for OUD, Okta configurations, migration processes, and CIAM project implementations. Share expertise and provide guidance to team members on Okta and OUD best practices, fostering knowledge growth within the security engineering team.
