Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in change management, focusing on HR and governance processes 
  • Experience in leading large-scale change management projects, ideally from consulting backgrounds
  • A master’s degree (MBA/M.Tech/psycology) is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong desire to learn and develop within a dynamic, self-led organization
  • Strong people skills - ability to engage all levels of the organization and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Open to extensive travel to client sites
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will be based in one of our India offices - Bengaluru, Gurugram, Kolkata or Mumbai - as a part of McKinsey Implementation in the POP practice.

You will work with some of the leading senior advisors and experts in the industry to solve our client`s most important and complex problems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will facilitate Organizational Change.  
You will lead the organizational portion of client engagements, driving sustainable and large-scale organizational change.  
You will apply a broad range of creative problem-solving skills, combining technical and analytical excellence to address client challenges. 
You will synthesize conclusions into actionable recommendations and work directly with senior client leaders to implement change.
You will oversee and execute all project requirements, including analyzing business and organizational shortcomings of clients. 
You will prepare weekly status reports on outstanding matters, plan the implementation of solutions, and formulate hypotheses and analyses to provide strategic recommendations.
You will work directly with client leaders and front-line operators on topics where implementation issues are important and where driving change is critical to successful realization of organizational goals.
