The IAM Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This role demands practical experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining custom connectors for system integrations, as well as automating IAM processes such as user access reviews, audit workflows, and privileged account management. You will be reporting to Director, Identity and Access Management. You will be responsible for:


  • Implementing and managing identity lifecycle automation, role-based access control (RBAC), and separation of duties (SOD) policies on IGA platform (Eg: ConductorOne)
  • Developing and managing APIs, connectors, and scripts (PowerShell, Python, Java) to enhance automation
  • Implementing and maintaining Privileged Access Management (PAM) such as CyberArk, Thycotic/Delinea, BeyondTrust
  • Handling operations and participating in on-call support rotations to address IAM-related incidents, partner with the business and security team to align IAM practices with organizational policies and industry standards
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience), with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting IAM and 2+ years of software development experience
  • Hands on experience on Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Separation of Duties (SOD), automating user access review and audit workflows
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, PowerShell) for process automation and custom connectors
  • Expertise in IAM platforms such as ConductorOne, Okta, Azure AD with in-depth knowledge of RBAC, SSO, MFA, and security protocols like OAuth2, SAML, and OpenID Connect
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with cloud identity platforms (e.g., AWS IAM, Google IAM).
  • IGA or IAM-related certifications
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust, NIST, and regulatory compliance frameworks
