About the Senior Graphic Designer role:
In this role, you’ll:
- Create captivating visuals and animations for digital platforms
- Design concepts and layouts that balance art, copy, and brand identity
- Develop high-quality, on-brand graphics with adherence to project timelines
- Execute retouching and image manipulation with attention to detail
- Manage multiple design projects while ensuring they meet quality standards and budget
- Stay current on design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Collaborate with the team to align with each company's mission and brand standards
- Other related duties, as assigned
What you bring to the table:
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
- A strong sense of digital branding strategy and an understanding of design’s role in driving growth
- Proven experience in creating and executing graphic digital campaigns
- Background in an agency setting, handling diverse clients across industries such as IT, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and more
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or Communications (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to clearly articulate creative ideas
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach to learning and solving creative challenges
