Field Service Engineer  is responsible to maintain and install Sciex products at both internal and external customer sites, including strategic accounts. Conducts maintenance service and/or installation of LC and Mass Spectrometer Instruments at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory.

This position is part of the West Service Organisation and will be located in Mumbai Maharashtra

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work on Sciex LCMS and OEM Products
• Performs Installation/ Qualification and preventive maintenance on LC and MS
• Performs troubleshooting of complex problems related to Workflow and Hardware
• Completes and successfully pass assigned training tasks on assigned products and responsibilities
• Manage escalations to the service leadership to get timely and relevant support for driving business in the region

The essential requirements of the job include:

• B.E/B.Tech In Electronics
• Total Experience should be 8 - 10 years
• Experienced in performing installation of Mass Spectrometer instruments
