JOB DESCRIPTION:

Are you ready to take your Sales career to the next level? We have an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Field Operation Analyst at Commvault Systems Inc in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
• Conduct thorough market research to determine customer needs and preferences.
• Analyze sales data and generate comprehensive reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement sales initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to compete effectively.
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
• Discover areas for process improvement and oversee projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion within the sales organization.

• As a Senior Field Operation Analyst, you will have a vital role in supporting sales growth and increasing revenue for our esteemed organization.
• You will work closely with a team of driven professionals and be part of a company that is leading the industry.
• This position offers a chance to make a meaningful contribution and help drive our business's success.
• 8 + years of experience with 4 + years of relevant Field Sales Ops experience in an Enterprise Software/SaaS company
• Experience with a variety of enterprise & data management tools inc. Salesforce, PBI, SQL, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel & PPT
• Good Business Acumen, and ability to translate business needs into a set of workable, specific requirements.
• Organised and have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent cross-group collaboration skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
