Key Focus Areas:
- Strategic Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Create and manage organic and paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, targeting strategies, and budget management.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting:
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Generate regular reports on social media performance, including data analysis and insights.
- Utilize website analytics, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking to assess campaign impact.
- Community Engagement & Content Creation:
- Proactively engage with Clarivate communities online, fostering meaningful conversations and building brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the external communications and brand teams to develop compelling social media content that aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Monitor social media for relevant conversations and industry trends, and proactively share insights with internal teams.
- Social Listening & Analysis:
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor conversations, identify key influencers, and analyze audience sentiment.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of social media data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on social listening data to inform content strategy and campaign optimization.
About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments:
- 3+ years of proven experience in social media analysis, social listening, and strategic social media management within a B2B environment.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing social listening tools (e.g., Talkwalker, Brandwatch, etc.) to extract actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics platforms and data visualization techniques.
- Strong understanding of website analytics, UTM parameters and conversion tracking
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns, both organic and paid.
- Experience with ad copywriting, targeting strategies, campaign management, and budget optimization.
- Proficiency with social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite) and project management tools (e.g., Wrike).
- Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously; develop and apply right-sized plans and efforts which balance productivity and performance
- Experience developing A/B testing structures and providing performance-based deliverables
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Be culturally aware, ideally with prior experience of working in a global organization
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and optimal time management
- Work Mode - Hybrid , Monday - Friday 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST
