Job Description

Roles & Responsibility


  • Development of Business strategy & end customer Strategy
  • Support Operations Manager for entire Steel Billing monthly basis & submit to Finance team. 
  • Monitor Steel Operations & stock report on monthly basis to Finance team.
  • Providing solution to resolve customer’s issues, cost reduction, improvement of operational efficiency.
  • Identify, develop and rationalize key issues and concerns as well as agenda for DP World to leverage access to industry platforms and Govt.
  • Support the Operations & Finance team in the preparation of all documentation required for Bill Submission as required.
  • Follow up and co-ordination with internal teams and Business Units.
  • Maintaining confidentiality for the Terminal Billig office.
  • Assist in project planning and management by providing insights into timelines, resource requirements, and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and HR, to align operational activities with overall business objectives. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners to provide updates, solicit feedback, and address concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and digital solutions to enhance rail operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to stay abreast of advancements that may benefit the organization.
  • To follow safety and security norms of the company strictly and its implementation on the ground.

Qualification & Competencies


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
