This job is based out of Chennai, India
-  Good knowledge in safety like BMS FAS, PAS, VESDA, WLDS & GBSS including commissioning 
-  Good knowledge in commissioning of  security systems like access control system, CCTV, outdoor security systems including commissioning .
-  Good knowledge in commissioning of BMS system and basic knowledge in HVAC, Electrical.
-  Good knowledge on protocols used in IBMS.
-  Good knowledge in preparation of BMS graphics.
-      Good knowledge in documentation like preparation and execution of DQ, IQ & OQ   
-  Can able to handle Onsite AMC Service & t commissioning activities independently. 
-  Should be able to travel .
What will you need to succeed?
•Hold a bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Electrical with minimum 5-8 years of AMC service  experience with emphasis on Building Automation & associated systems and services.
•Have Proven track record and technology expertise to drive services.
•Have willingness and flexibility to travel.
•Experience in Service,retrofit, project expansion, and service contracts is desirable.
Working knowledge of security applications - specifically in the areas of access control, BMS, video surveillance, perimeter intrusion, and integrated security and enterprise platforms and retrofit sales.
• Good communication, inter-personnel, and organizational skills
• Exposure to related BMS/IBMS/Security/Networking, IT securities & new
  technology trends.
• Past success working across organizations and in cross-selling opportunities.
