5-7 years or more experience in Customer service with technical knowledge in Access Control System, CCTV, Building Management System, PA system etc.
Having basic knowledge in basic Commercials.
Will be responsible to close break down calls, preventive maintenance within SLA to achieve customer satisfaction.
Month on month achieving all KPI including contract renewals, revenue, project closing, payment collection.
Drive digital transformation of conventional business. Maintain zero harm culture of Siemens by maintaining all safety standards.
Capable of handling 4-5 team members. Capable of doing Vendor management.
