How will you do it?


  • knowledge of OTC with expertise in Customer invoice portal
  • Ensure accurate and timely upload of customer invoicesin multiple Portal
  • Strong knowledge on different customer portals and portal invoice queues
  • Ensure adherence to SOX, internal controls, and the process landscape.
  • Create and maintain process documentation with process flows.
  • Analysis and resolution of stakeholder queries, ensuring smooth functioning
  • Act like a POC and provide timely RCA for customer escalations and queries
  • Comprehensive understanding of OTC functions from start to end for a dynamic and competitive environment
  • Ability to work effectively under critical deadlines and able to handle workload during month ends.

What we look for?


  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Invoice portal .
  • Bachelors/master’s degree in finance.
  • Fluent in communication (both written and verbal).
  • Candidate should be ready to work in night shift.
  • Experience in Customer Invoice Portal Management
  • Self-starter who is passionate quality oriented
  • Working Experience in Shared Services/BPO/F&A
  • Last year & Mid-Year performance rating for this year should not be less than Exceeds Expectations.
  • Employees with required educational qualifications can only.
