Role - Senior Executive - Learning & Development
Job Summary:
The Snr. Executive (L&D) plays a pivotal role in supporting the training and development initiatives within the organization. This individual is responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, documentation and execution of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and performance under the guidance of senior training personnel. By supporting the delivery of effective training programs, this role contributes to enhancing employee performance, productivity, and job satisfaction. 
Responsibilities:
  • Assists in the development of training programs and materials based on organizational needs and objectives.
  • Creation of Training Plan for review.
  • Preparation of Learning Calendar based on training needs and training plan and roll-out. 
  • Coordinates logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangement, and participant communication.
  • Collaborates with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure training content accuracy and relevance.
  • Supports trainers during training sessions by setting up equipment, distributing materials, and providing technical assistance as needed.
  • Facilitates group activities, discussions, and exercises to engage participants and reinforce learning objectives.
  • Monitors participant progress and provides assistance during hands-on training activities.
  • Contributes to the creation and revision of training materials, including presentations, handouts, manuals, and multimedia resources.
  • Ensures consistency in branding, formatting, and content quality across all training materials.
  • Assists in updating training content based on feedback, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Administers pre- and post-training assessments to measure learning outcomes and gather participant feedback.
  • Compiles evaluation data and assists in analyzing training effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Provides feedback to trainers and training coordinators to enhance the quality and impact of training programs.
  • Maintains accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant feedback.
  • Responds to inquiries from employees regarding training schedules, content, and resources.
  • Preparation of MIS or various dashboard for training conducted. 
Qualification & Experience:
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Business Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and LXPs.
  • Well-versed with the virtual environment and its features – using Zoom, Teams Meeting.
Consulting Skills:
  • Aptitude for working in a team environment; problem-solving skills, creative thinking, communicating clearly and empathetically, strong time management, and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to explain ideas and concepts to other project team members and client personnel.
  • Presentation Skills.
General Skills:
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to design PowerPoint presentations.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to resolve conflict and working in conflicting situations.
  • Learning Agility – open to learning new skills and improvising.
  • Self-disciplined.
