Your new role – challenging and future-oriented


  • Supervise Various Machine operation as per guideline of Industrial engineering to machine different components of steam turbine.
  • Work measurement & estimation of time for new / modified operation – productivity/Measurement of machine operation.
  • Supervise/Troubleshoot of machine operation and to provide different quality gates to meet the desired quality within stipulated time frame.
  • CNC programmer has a range of responsibilities that involve both technical skills and precision. Here are some key duties:
  • Programming: Develop CNC programs for 4 and 5-axis machines based on engineering drawings and specifications on NX. 
  • Setup and Operation: Set up CNC machines to produce parts to required specifications. This includes aligning tooling, fixtures, and attachments.
  • Optimization: Research and implement improvements in cycle time, tool life, and setup times. This might involve sourcing new tooling and making necessary adjustments to existing programs and processes.
  • Quality Control: Monitor machine performance, inspect parts during production, and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Documentation: Manage and document program changes and edits. This ensures that all modifications are tracked and can be referenced in the future.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure that the machining processes meet the required standards and specifications.

  • Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering with minimum 4 years of experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Postprocessor building. 
  • Candidate with an programmimg experience of 4 Axis and 5 Axis machines.
