Job Description
  • Responsible for Insurance claims for vessels and record the data of insurance claims on shortages and damaged cargo, issue credit note/debit note.
  • Stocks monitoring and calculate CMA andopen credit exposure on a daily basis.
  • Check and compare provisional disbursement account (PDA) and final disbursement account (FDA) costs, with standard costs (disbursement account with vessel’s agents / port fees).
  • Calculate interest accrued on delayed payments of select counterparties.
  • Sharing of documentation and complete email communication with external as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare tri-partite agreement (TPA) and Letter of Indemnity and track the cancellation of LOI in time.
  • Applying for ECTN/CoC/BESC etc. at destination ports.
  • Maintaining timely and accurate records, system entries, mis, and reporting/high-lighting potential delays or defaults.
  • Close coordination with overseas team.

Qualifications
  • Any Graduate.
  • 3-4 years in container execution (preferable rice).

Additional Information
  • Should be proactive in order to avoid any issue in the shipment. Should be able to work as a team member.
  • Polite and able to develop positive rapport with overseas offices, shippers, buyers, service providers.
  • Effective in written & verbal communication. Should be able to work under immense pressure.
