In the HPE Hybrid Cloud, we lead the innovation agenda and technology roadmap for all of HPE. This includes managing the design, development, and product portfolio of our next-generation cloud platform, Green Lake. Working with customers, we help them reimagine their information technology needs to deliver a simple, consumable solution that helps them drive their business results. What you'll do:

Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products. Develops software including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools. Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design.

Management Level Definition:

Contributions impact technical components of HPE products, solutions, or services regularly and sustainable. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Provides expertise and partnership to functional and technical project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for achieving objectives. May provide team leadership and mentoring to others.

What you need to bring:

• Lead complex global engineering development cycles including release management and cross team strategic projects
• Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure release planning, status, changes, risks and open issues are tracked and managed
• Drive organization processes and Agile work methodology improvements to make an impact on the team’s productivity
• Define and track engineering KPIs and status dashboards
• Facilitate and lead project and cross-Engineering release status and readiness reviews
• Collaborate with all project stakeholders - Product, R&D, Supportand Marketing to ensure a successful and smooth project delivery
• Define and drive implementation of engineering Jira workflows

Required Skills and Experience:

• Relevant education: BSC in Industrial Engineering Management or an equivalent Engineering field
• 5+ years of program management experience for software development projects in global large-scale organizations
• Excellent knowledge with On Prem & Cloud development processes and lifecycle
• Skilled in release management, Product Lifecycle Management, Scrum, Engineering Processes and Information Systems
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools (Jira Cloud and Confluence experience is a must)
• Strong interpersonal skills: Team player, independent, responsible, capable of multi-tasking, and ability to drive people and tasks
• Be able to dive to technical aspects quickly
• Very good communication in English, verbal, written, and presentation
