ACCIONA Energía is governed by the most demanding environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) criteria.Acciona Energy India is currently looking for candidates for the position of Senior Engineer Turbine Cum BOP in Operations and Maintenance Department.Job Description1.Analyzing existing enterprise processes/systems; identifying ways to improve operational efficiency.2.Forecasting and capacity planning3.Leading Operation and maintenance of Wind turbine generators (MW capacity) with various capacities4.Ensuring the established policies and procedures of the organization are followed.5.Maintaining Sites IMS requirements.6.Track on QHSE Audit finding & closer of the same.7.Plan for Turbine visit to ensure Whether OEMs are doing proper Maintenance or not8.Preparation of Yearly planning sheet, Monthly report, MTTR & MTBF report 9.Subcontractor Management (WTG)- Monitoring performance, Safety, Quality.10.Achieving Employees KPI, Training, PDD & etc.11.Maintenance of site, high voltage assets, substation, transmission lines.12.Handling all outages( shutdowns)of high voltages with Spain control center and local contractor to ensure safe operations.13.Capable of reading drawing, technical documents, understanding procedure.14.Maintaining and monitoring operational databases/tools15.Inventory Management- Periodical audit, Safety & Critical stocks, PPEs, Tools, Calibration & etc.16.Periodical meeting with stake holders, Site employees & Contractors.17.Ensure submission of on time reports to head office from time to time.18.Monitoring of key performance indicators of Company & Sub contractors like MTBI, Yield Monitoring, LTI, MTI, M/C availability, grid availability & etc.19.Liasoning with forest, KPTCL, DISCOMS, CEIG officials for monthly,yearly insepctions and other co ordinations as company representative. 20.Ensuring timely replacement of Major Component after failures in Various model of WTG,s.21.Schedule Trubine Maintenance plan and handling and updating PAM tool in WEB.22.Make sure that all the contractors follow the Labour Law and all otherCompliances.23.Responsible to implement all process of India and Spain related to Health, Environment, Quality and Safety24.Implement safety culture in the Wind Farm and Substation25.Ensuring control on environmental impacts in wind farms, immediate response to any incidences like forest issues, forest fires etc and ensure smooth co operation.26.
