10The TeamThe EDM Quality Assurance team comprises of Highly skilled and experienced Testing professionals located in US, Europe and India. The team supports the high quality of software by independently verifying that software functionality conforms to business requirements using a combination of manual and technical testing techniques. The team is also responsible for verifying technical aspects of the implementation including the performance and scalability of the solution.What’s in it for you:
S&P Global is seeking experienced testing professionals to join its EDM team. This position is a hands-on test build /execution role. It is a highly technical position and will require strong knowledge of automation and more specifically testing of microservices based architectures. We are looking for individuals that can lead, provide thought leadership, work in an agile manner and are passionate about technology.Roles and Responsibilities -
  • Oversee the management of some of the key client accounts and work to ensure that clients are achieving their desired outcomes from the product or service.
  • Develop deep knowledge about the product's features, benefits, and technical specifications to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Reach out to clients, assess their needs, and ensure satisfaction with services or products.
  • Work closely with PS, Support, Product, and other teams to ensure a seamless client experience and that feedback is shared and acted upon.
  • Assist in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that the product meets industry standards and customer expectations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a product specialist on an enterprise level tool.
Required Skills
  • Strong analytical abilities to identify customer pain points and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot product issues and work with development or engineering teams to resolve them.
  • Ability to create clear documentation, user guides, and product presentations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Experience and in depth knowledge on enterprise elevel ETL. Experience on EDM tool is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for query optimization and Experience with SQL Servers.
  • Experience in Quality assurance of the product, both functional and performance.
  • Knowledge of at least one automation tool (Selenium, WebIO, Appium, or similar).
