Job Summary:
Responsible for Product NPD Technical Training Development engineer by engaging in all NPD projects representing TK Academy group. Coordinate with cross functional team in developing new technology training material for NPD programs. Coordinate and review with external vendor for development of technical training data.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to develop technical training content for our training personnel in the TK Academy and contribute to their development.
- Customer satisfaction through developing our Technical Training offering in order to support Thermo King & FRIGOBLOCK dealers and customers aiming to continuously improve dealers service support standards throughout EMEA
- Continuously develop own skills and maintain awareness of Transport refrigeration industry standards and regulations. Especially obtain and maintain the requested industry certification levels.
- Support in developing expert training courses for our Trainers’ team and train this team for them to deliver advanced training to EMEA dealers to ensure they provide consistent quality and service to Thermo King & FRIGOBLOCK end-users.
- Colloborate with Engineering, Service & dealers for New product training.
- Participate actively to the service meetings and conferences and support Area Service Managers with presentations
- Update and manage the Thermo King Learning Management System (LMS) databases and related literature, creating new e-learning , new tutorials , new simulators and new content on the platform making sure that the TK LMS stays the training point of reference for our dealers.
- Be aware of all aspects of unit technical & reliability performance and adjust training courses to include continuous product improvements.
- He/She will be highly accountable for project deliveries meeting Quality, Delivery & Cost (QDC).
Qualifications:
- BE degree/ mechanical / Electrical / Automobile engineering with strong academics.
- 3-5 Years of Industry Experience
- Experience in Transport refrigeration and Automobile is an added advantage.
- Knowing additional languages is added advantage (Europe Region)
Key Competencies:
- Ability to work collaboratively across business units’ hierarchy and functions
- Good product knowledge on Transport Refrigeration units
- Good understanding of Electrical architectures in transport refrigeration units.
- Knowledge on Key Electrical components in transport refrigeration units & Power source units.
- Strong communication skills and able to work with varying levels and disciplines within customer and dealer organizations alike
- To be passionate by technology and willing to learn and further improve knowledge and experience related to Service activities.
