Contributes to the development of technical designs, policies, and standards for GBS Workplace Technology services
Implementation of Microsoft Office 365 technologies, supporting technologies and migrations of business acquisitions and divestitures
Provides specialist guidance and support for other GBS IT teams to ensure the service is healthy, available and utilized efficiently
Facilitates open communication and discussion between direct colleagues and other teams to support engineering activities and operational support escalations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g. Information Systems Management) or equivalent experience
5+ years of overall experience with Information Technology in a matrixed environment
3+ years of work experience in a similar role
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a global team with members in APAC, EU and North America.
