Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
- Drive corporate guideline and initiate Lean manufacturing at Adas site as well as at vendor’s place.
- He/she specifies and develops operational sequence and manufacturing methods and maintains manufacturing process routings.
- Implements and maintains work standards records, including engineering and estimation of set-up and run times for all manufacturing processes.
- Enhancing the 5S Standards
- Identifies, evaluates, and resolves non-routine problems, focuses on modern problem-solving tools.
- Provides technical support for plant layout, purchase of equipment, upgrade of equipment, feasibility studies.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing basic Material Movement flow and Kanban systems as per Lean standards.
- Drives Kaizen in plant
- Supporting new product development in terms of in Plant infrastructure designing & implementation
- Designs and Implements workflow, engineering procedures and layout of equipment or workspaces to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Prepare & review VSM periodically.
Qualifications:- Graduate in Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing
- Good Knowledge in Excel, power point
- Good Skill in communication
- Experience on Lean and/or Six sigma.
- Experience in Project Management
