About The Job:

Infrastructure Management and Lab Maintenance:
Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of laboratory infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of healthcare applications, hardware, and networks.
Manage installation, updates, and troubleshooting of healthcare applications, aligning systems with the latest technology to support medical professionals.
Centralized Resource Management:
Lead centralized management of hardware and software resources, streamlining procurement, deployment, and allocation processes.
Ensure efficient utilization of resources across different teams and departments, reducing redundancy and optimizing costs.
Participation in Organizational Initiatives:
Actively contribute to resource optimization projects, aimed at improving hardware and software use efficiency within the organization.
Support process optimization initiatives by identifying bottlenecks, proposing solutions, and implementing technology-driven improvements.
Engage in knowledge management efforts, ensuring key insights, lessons learned, and best practices are documented and shared across the organization.

What expertise we want you to bring
Desired Expertise, Qualifications, and Experience
We are looking for someone who can bring a combination of technical expertise and hands-on experience to manage and troubleshoot hardware systems. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 8 years of industry experience, particularly in hardware management, virtualization, and storage systems.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
A relevant degree (DIP/BE/B.Tech) with a strong hardware background.
Proven experience with virtualization platforms like VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Citrix.
Expertise in Storage Area Networks (SAN), iSCSI, DAS, NAS, fiber switches, and network switches.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and various operating systems like Windows XP, Windows 7, and Windows Server 2008 R2.
Solid understanding of MS Office applications, Acrobat, PDF-Xchange, and web browsers.
Foundational knowledge of automating daily tasks using Shell scripts and Batch files
Familiarity with SUSE, UNIX, and medical domains is an added advantage, along with knowledge of quality standards like ISO27001. We are looking for a quick learner with strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills who can adapt to our evolving environment.
