Senior Engineer

Job Description:Seeking a skilled and experienced Engineer to join our dynamic team at Guardian Life Insurance.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in software development, with expertise in Java 8 or above, Spring Boot,
REST API, microservices architecture, Maven, Splunk, and other relevant technologies.Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience with Spring Boot, REST API development, microservices architecture, documentation of APIs, Maven and logs analysis platforms like splunk.
• Experience with writing unit test cases and the relevant frameworks.
• Good understanding of GIT, docker, kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with RDBMS and writing sql queries (Oracle preferred)
• Experience with public cloud (AWS preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
• Experience working in agile methodology
